About Us

Our Story
TBC has been built on one primary principle; teaching character and life lessons through the game of baseball using a positive mindset. TBC’s founder, Jeff Stice, was inspired to build a baseball club using positive coaching, practicing effective use of time using detailed and well planned out practice plans and developing the whole player both on and off the field. Jeff had the privilege of being mentored by the late Trevor Moawad, a sports psychologist who worked with professional athletes including quarterback Russell Wilson and pitcher Marcus Stroman. Trevor’s influence will benefit every member of the TBC family.
TBC Baseball started in 2018 has grown to include ages 9u through 18u operated in Tacoma, WA.
